Dov Baharav is the active chairman of the Board of Directors Of Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd., a world leader in defense and civil aerospace technology, with revenue over 3.5 Billion dollars, of which 82% is exported.

Dov Baharav is the former president and chief executive officer of Amdocs Management Limited and a former member of the Amdocs Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. He held that position between the years 2002-2010. Mr. Baharav became CEO during a crisis period for both the communications industry and the company following the burst of the internet bubble at the turn of the millennium. He quickly returned the company to growth: under his leadership annual revenue has more than doubled, from less than $1.5bn in FY03 to more than $3bn in FY08. The number of Amdocs employees has also grown significantly, from 10,000 in 2002 to 18,000 in 2010. Today Amdocs has a unique business model, providing world-class products and services, and is widely recognized as the leading provider of customer experience systems for service providers worldwide. Mr. Baharav joined the company in 1991 as vice president and then president of Amdocs, Inc., the company’s principal US subsidiary. He became chief financial officer of Amdocs Management Limited in 1995, a position he held until being named president and CEO. In his role as CFO, he was in charge of overseeing the Amdocs initial public offering in 1998.

From 1983 until 1991, Mr. Baharav served as chief operating officer of Optrotech Ltd, a publicly held company that develops, manufactures and markets electro-optical devices.

Mr. Baharav is actively involved with the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon Lezion, Israel.  He is also a member of the board at Mellanox Technologies, a leading supplier of end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage, and of the Board at SeamBI, a company specializing in dynamic product placement.

Mr. Baharav holds BA degrees in physics and accounting, as well as an MBA from the University of Tel Aviv.
