Dr. Arye Carmon
Dr. Arye Carmon is President and co-founder of IDI. Dr. Carmon was the Head of the Curriculum Division of the Youth Department of the Ministry of Education, served as the Chairman of the Israeli National Committee for Fostering Democratic Education, and is the former President of the Israeli-Diaspora Institute.

Prof. Hermann is a Senior Research Fellow at IDI in the field of Israeli democracy and the emergence of grassroots (anti) politics. She is the dean of Academic Studies at the Open University of Israel and former Director of the Tami Steinmetz Center for Peace Research.
