Ms. Oshik Feller, Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of IDI, brings to the job extensive management experience, with expertise in the areas of human resources, training, information systems, finance, entrepreneurship, and business development.
Prior to joining IDI in 2011, Ms. Feller served in a variety of senior management positions in large companies and organizations in Israel. Her previous posts include Vice President of Human Resources at the Tnuva Food Cooperative, Vice President of Human Resources at the Hadassah Medical Association, and Director of Human Resources and Training at Mizrahi-Tefahot. In these positions, she initiated and implemented many successful organizational changes, including integrating information systems and new technologies, building long-term organizational infrastructures, and determining corporate strategy.
Ms. Feller has a B.A. in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University (1986) and a Master of Science in Professional Communication from Clark University (1997). She is currently studying for an M.A. in Gender Studies (Research Track) at Bar-Ilan University.
