On Monday, September 8th 2008, the George Shultz Roundtable Forum will convene to discuss a bill drafted by an IDI team headed by Prof. Mordechai Kremnitzer, which was submitted to the Knesset by MK Dr. Yossi Beilin.
The bill calls for the founding of a special appeals court, which would relieve the Supreme Court of some of its workload. Participating in the discussion will be former and current members of the judicial system, MKs and academics.
