The status of the State Comptroller in Israel remains a point of contention within Israeli society. Upon the publication of the The State Comptroller: A Critical Look by IDI's Michal Tamir and Prof. Mordechai Kremnitzer, IDI's George Shultz Roundtable Forum convened to discuss this vital public institution and its relationships to other state authorities - executive, legislative and judiciary.
Participants in the December 9th Forum included former State Comptroller, Judge Eliezer Goldberg, Prof. Yitzhak Gal-Noor, and Deputy Director General of the State Comptroller's Office, Boaz Anar.
